As part of our Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) services, we provide first, second and complete line support, but for our clients it is critical that we provide specialist First Line response, which includes alarm resets, receipt and journal faults, card reader faults, full machine resets and general maintenance.
As part of our ATM services and First Line Maintenance (FLM) response, Security Specialists supply trained, uniformed or plain clothed, armed security guards, who, through professionalism and vigilance, provide armed guarding services for technicians whilst work is being carried out. Our technicians are specialised in NCR, Diebold, Triton and Wincor machines.
Our training, supervision and monitoring ensure all security guards understand and comply with State legislation and proper workplace practices, including OH&S requirements and are dedicated to meeting your specific service level agreement.
